Workshop · Recognition
Recognition means most when it comes often, and it does not have to come from the top.
Simple, everyday ways for colleagues to notice and appreciate each other’s contributions.

This two-hour workshop helps colleagues build appreciation into everyday working life. Participants explore why recognition matters, practise thanking each other in ways that are specific and sincere, and agree simple team habits that keep gratitude going long after the session.
